All gifts will be gift-wrapped by us, at no extra cost
to you. Yes, at no extra cost. We wrap all gifts carefully
and securely. And we use gift paper of very high quality
to wrap all gifts. Labels will be pasted inside and
outside the gift-wrapped parcel, with your name, address
and telephone number. You can even add a short personal
message (no more than 30 words, please) that we can
print on the labels.
Despatch

delivered at the earliest, without any delay. So we
give all gift orders the highest priority of despatch.
We despatch the gifts the same day we receive your order,

to place a gift order
You can place a gift order in two ways:

OPTION
1: Place your Gift Order online, and pay online You
can order the books online and pay online
by credit card, or through an internet bank transfer
from
anywhere in the world:

Internet Bank Transfer: You can choose

to which the gift is to be sent: You should
let us have your name and address, and the name,
full address (including pin/zip code) & telephone
number of the person you are sending the books
to. You can do this at the time you enter the
"Delivery details", after you check
the books out. When you press the "Final
Checkout" button in the Shopping Cart, you
will be taken to a webpage that contains a form
that will ask you for these details.
Short
Personal Message: You can add a short personal
message to the addressee (no more than 30 words,
please). You can type in the message in the area
provided under the heading "Other Notes or
Instructions" in the payment-details form
that you will be taken to, after you press the
"Final Checkout" button in the Shopping
Cart. You'll find this heading immediately under
the "Delivery Details" heading. We will
print this message on the labels that we paste
inside and outside the gift wrapping.
OPTION
2: Order by sending payment in advance You
can send us a Gift Order Form
and payment by Courier/Speed Post/Registered Post.
We'll send the books to the person to whom you
are offering them as gift after we receive the
Order Form and the payment.

IMPORTANT:
Gift-order guidelines
Please note the following points before you complete
your gift order:
You
should let us have the full name, full land address
(including pin/zip code), telephone number & e-mail
address of the person you are sending the gift to.
In fact, you should be very liberal here: You should
let us have as many extra landmark details as possible,
so that the postman/courier won't have any difficulty
locating the address & rushing the gift to the
addressee.
The
address you give us should be one at which there will
be someone to receive delivery of the package when
a Postman/Courier is likely to make delivery. Mind
you, if there is no one at the address to take delivery,
the gift package will be returned undelivered to us.
Hotel,
Hospital & Hostel Addresses: It is possible that
gifts shipped to Hotels & Hospitals reach the
destination after the person you're sending the gift
to, has checked out or has been discharged. In the
same way, it is possible that gifts shipped to hostels
reach the destination after the person you're sending
the gift to has left for the weekend/ left for a holiday.
This could cause considerable delay in the addressee
receiving the gift. So please consider having the
gifts sent only to a permanent/residential address.
Please
note that the VPP payment option is not available
to you if you're making a gift order. Only
the online payment option and payment-in-advance option
are available if you're making a gift order.
Cancellations
We give high priority to gift orders. And so we despatch
the gift packets the very same day that we receive the
gift order, or on the business day next after we receive
the gift order.
Online
Orders: So, if you're cancelling your order, you
should do so within 3 hours of your making an online
order (to avoid our shipping the gift). You can cancel
the order only by giving us a phone call, and not by
sending us an e-mail/a letter (or through any other
means). Yes, if you're cancelling the gift order, you
must give us a phone call.
Offline
Orders: If you have sent us a Gift Order Form and
payment by post/courier, and would like to cancel it,
please do so by giving us a call within 12 hours of
your sending us the Gift Order Form and payment. Again,
please note that you can cancel the gift order only
by giving us a phone call, and not by sending us an
e-mail/a letter (or through any other means). Yes, if
you're cancelling the gift order, you must give
us a phone call.
Important:
Please note that no request for cancellation will be
entertained if the request reaches us after we've shipped
the gift.
